Some forget that TRTC entered the Cal market when the laws were clear "FOR NON PROFIT ONLY"

Look at Medifarm below....and research what a mutual benefit corp is !!!

Same with IVXX of Ca IMHO !!!

Shareholders should have received an annual report for these non profit subs per california law IMHO.....

It is legal to have a for profit and not for proft sub but why have they not gone before the state of Ca and changed to for profit only ????

Maybe cause the local governments still want not for profit , who knows !!

Looking back now , one can see the CEO was smart to sell all his shares at .21 cents IMHO
