I happen to believe that is exactly how the billionaire rumor got started. I think he has some money but is NOT a billionaire in US dollars. And Forbes seems to agree.

Also, I do believe Chrome has been shut down. I tried to find any evidence that Chrome is currently working on any contract anywhere in the world. I was unable to find any such evidence.

I challenged everybody to find any evidence that either of the above is wrong. Nobody has.

Furthermore, there is no evidence that Offor is an officer, director or employee of ERHC. That makes a suit by ERHC on his behalf against anyone impossible. That would be the equivalent of ERHC suing you because you said something bad about me.

Bottom line is I believe the threat of an ERHC lawsuit is just more fake news. These rumors have persisted for months with no action being taken. Seems to be more of an attempt at intimidation than anything else.

And you can be assured that any legal action will be met with counterclaims and/or new claims for damages against ERHC for lack of disclosure and/or a class action suit. Maybe ERHC believes they can use company funds to run up legal costs for others, but they will find they are wrong about that too.

Some people are not easily intimidated and ERHC may learn it is a really bad idea to poke a sleeping bear.
