Our Biggest common shareholder had bought total 7,405,319 shares of RASF or 8% of Entire OS from the public market! In which totally 1,463,323 shares were bought at $0.18 ~ $0.17 and 18,396 shares were bought at $0.16! If I were him then I would do the cost-saving average down to buy at least 8M shares at $0.1 ~ $0.16 now to trigger the well-overdue 20-Bagger Giant rally...
