Chapco.....Petar did NOT say the "$350 million cement deal was lost "........he did not specifically say those words.......

What he said could be interpreted differently as he was trying to answer and communicate with a multitude of various questions thrown at him rapidly, and, he was trying to answer as best and quickly as possible.
