What is A-Cent Aviation and why do we care? Donnell Vigil runs a company called Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. The company's goal was to become a FAA Part 141 certified flight school. Quasar acquired A-Cent aviation in 2012 as a step toward that goal. (see link) Vigil did this deal 5 years ago. The whole story is in the link. She is very capable as a deal maker. She does what she sets out to do. I have provided links to 140 reviews of A-Cent Aviation and the reviews are almost 100% positive.
