Beg to differ....but Petar did not say " bluntly, the deal was lost " .

You can read Petar's blog in 2 entirely credible ways.

"Party" has valid point that the contract was a signed deal.....phone calls ( even if incessant ) is not valid reason to void a signed deal, especially a $350 million one, IMO.

You just don't go breaking those kind of HUGE deals for minor reasons.

Why are you so sure to quickly believe the negative ?

I would still prefer to err on the side of optimism, until proven otherwise .

IMO, it is not proven that the deal was lost.
