What?? I am being nice. This is called a "discussion". Please interject your form of logic in this scenario:

Petar says the deal is lost.

Party says this same deal is not lost.

Basic logic tells us that one of these is true and one of them is not true. Please tell me what I'm missing and I'll drop it. I'm not implying anything about what Party knows or doesn't know. I'm simply saying that one of the two statements above is correct.
