Amazing how quiet it is here. Just a handful of posts all weekend. Not even the bashers are bothering with this. Been a week since the last pr. I've been in this since Oct 2nd, and am down about 30%, and the stock I sold to get into this is up 43%. Damn. I think much of the short position has been covered in the 3 weeks since the first nobo list was obtained. I'm guessing it's still significant, but not what it was at that point. CUSIP change was requested over a week ago, and still nothing, even though this is usually a 2-3 day process. I believe there is money to be made here, but until Don gets something happening, this will stagnate and even drop. The lack of follow through after the tough talk of the nobo list is being percieved as weakness, by shorts and inverstors both. I really don't understand how with nobo list in hand, the company cannot post a number of shorts, as of the date of the list. "I believe" is just not credible. The numbers are there, tell us what they are. My guess is they are not what they expected, and they are afraid to post them.

Am I a basher, I guess I am. Far from being paid for it, I have paid greatly for the priviledge. I'm just posting the facts as I see them. Some of this is just my opinion, but many of the facts here are not. I'm selling Monday and jumping into SLJB, where I should have stayed to begin with.
