Thanks I have read materials many times including the part that says the Monitor can shut the plant if no acceptable LOI's are forthcoming. I don't base my whole opinion on selective two week old news to verify what is happening on the ground. I want someone to drive by and see smoke coming out of the chimney, get it?. I'm not pumping old news or speculation. Still holding now for eventual news and run above .0725
