CC use your head. This is a tactic, just like Trump's other allies in Congress subpoenaing DOJ's records and evidence. They want all the information that Mueller has on them so they can share it with the subjects of the ongoing investigation.

Now, I applaud the tactic. The Russian company can have lawyers show up and not have any actual person at risk. The Russian individuals can't use that. The individuals would have to actually present themselves and be arrested before they could get a look at the trove.

Mueller may have to drop the charges against the Russian corporation to protect his hand with the other defendants.
