Me personally, I don't care if multiple means two or twenty, as long as they are "competing" offers. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of "the more, the merrier" bidders, but if most of them realize that they are not able or interested in competing with the others, the number of bidders is irrelevant.
Therefore, I would be more than happy with even two bidders really competing over the company over ten passive bidders.

Long story short, I'm supper excited if we can double confirm this information
