My basic calculations:

666M rev for 2018 based off of production capacity (and going rate of cement in Nigeria)... and not counting imports - because Ibeto does a lot of importing and I don't know the numbers there.
25 P/E Ratio (50% of the average PE for Cement companies)
Used current share count.
Estimated PPS comes to 61$

Estimated once the new production factories are built (2019/2020)

1.4b revenue based off of production capacity only.

Current share count.
Estimated PPS comes to 134$
