The article shows that "American" made Harleys are built with parts from many foreign companies thus not "American" made. Harley has been buying parts made overseas for over 30 yrs.

FAKE NEWS - Harley-Davidson announced in March 2018 that they were closing a Wisconsin plant and moving all manufacturing to Thailand in response to President Donald Trump's just-announced steel tariffs.

These decisions were both made before President Trump imposed tariffs on imported steel, and Harley-Davidson did not shut down their Wisconsin plant nor stop building motorcycles in the United States.
