Normally, Harley Davidson motorcycles are made here, shipped to Europe, and a 6% tariff is imposed. Because Trump imposed higher tariffs on Europe, they retaliated. That 6% was increased to 31%. So to avoid paying that high of a tariff, Harley Davidson is just going to build their motorcycles in Europe, creating more jobs for them while people here lose their jobs.
