I have a question for a friend of mine

I have been out of this junk for some time but my friend keeps hanging on

I keep telling him to get out now while maybe he can get something--before it goes worthless--He thinks the news about something being delayed to July 23d is good news--I keep telling him that all that does is delays the inevitable--Am I correct?
