With Coors in talks with MJ companies it's only a matter of time before vff gets partnered with a bev maker. I know Mike was talking debt financing to expand, but it seems a likely scenario that they do a cash offering with a bev maker. Possibly 15 million shares at $8 to $10 per share Canadian? That would put us at 62 million shares and get us 120 to 150 million in cash. More than enough to expand the entire delta and other associated expenses. I know Mike doesn't like dilution, but a serious bev maker is going to want a serious stake in the biz. Thoughts??
