There ARE NO MM's since it is gray market due to the SEC suspension.

There is absolutely nothing unusual in this trading. That is how SEC suspended gray market stocks trade since there is no bid or offer. It is all matched trades, and people who don't understand that, or just trade on charts and don't bother to look at the fundamentals or anything important with the stock, end up getting stuck.
