Nothing says it has to touch $0.0283 just FYI - a test of support is normal but that doesn't necessarily mean it reaches support... I'd say $0.03 is close to support...

$0.0283 was the resistance to break for a blue sky breakout before it recently did... When resistance is broken and closed above (like it has been) it becomes support... So I am claiming $0.0283 as a support line... But there are other support lines like trend lines etc. too...
