Buckmaster, this has been my concern since they stopped reporting. They have not filed bankruptcy so there is still a company. Take a look at www.keybridgepartners.com and what they do. If they acquire enough shares they will probably tender for remaining shares. Right now they can buy the whole company pretty cheap.
