Someone on iV just suggested a merger of SGP and VRTX. Actually, I think it would be a great fit, except that:

1. They probably wouldn’t be able to agree on valuation; and

2. Where would Boger go? Hassan likes to work with top execs such as Carrie Cox who have been with him for a long time.
