Let me be clear

The shares are all revoked meaning any remaining trading is trading in shares of nothing, as there are no longer any shares of e.Digital Corporation. Now you can call a share whatever you want to call it and trade that fantasy share in whatever forum you want to trade it- grey, purple, pokadottrd, whatever, but the 294M former true and virtually valueless shares of EDIG no longer exist, they are all declared null and void and all authority for their issuance and trading has been formally revoked by the SEC.

Next IMHO, the EDIG message boards on Agora and Ihub need to be shut down, and all cyberspace EDIG time-wasters need to eliminate anything EDIG, except for tax loss computations,from their routines. The closing of the forums will promote healing and enhance producttivity
