The more i think about it the odds on favorite to become our new Chairman should be Mike Marshall.

He is extremely well thought of in the industry, which i confirmed when i visited their facility, and both Sixty Six and Five Star have done a ton of business with him over the years. So the level of familiarity is substantial. He will be highly trusted by everyone.

Plus Ho, Clayton, and Frazier are all go-getting operational executives. They are either in the trenches daily or are looking for the best deals to increase shareholder value.

Chairman is a non-operational role and is usually given to someone winding down a successful career.
