I think anyone who reads the Reg A filing is conducting due diligence. All the information is in the filing to read - this is a promising new business model.

A company doesn't go to the effort and expense of filing a Reg A unless something is on the horizon.

Once this company starts to make some announcements, the share price will reflect the good news.
