These businesses rent these office suites in areas like this for the address. It looks good to investors and when they meet potential clients and for anyone that might Google it etc.

They pay a lot of money for them annually so its nothing to balk at by any means. It's an efficient cost saving way for them to have an office with a prestigious address.
