If an investor has a brain..it doesn't take long to figure out this is a scam.

"Holy crap - the past few days - sign this expert up"

Actually, I have read thousands of 10K's over the years but anyone "should" be able to spot this 10K as bogus.

"the way you write it everyone knows you never have seen one before"
