Can we lock him up for "fraud" or hold some of his "misdeeds" against Marshall in the bankruptcy process. Otherwise it doesn't amount to nothing.

For example, spending company money on rent for an office space that was never used was stupid, but it doesn't mean a hill of beans to the bankruptcy judge or law enforcement authorities.
