I think she took over the company last fall. February 16th the merger was announced and March 22nd was when we are current with the state of Nevada. It generally takes 3 to 6 months to get a small deal like this done. It will probably take a month to get 3 years of filings done. Throwing out a date would just be a guess. hopefully she is working on the deal and the fiilings at the same time.
