If you look at the year chart, you can see the current pps is complete BS. There has been support at about .10 all year, even when it wasn't hurricane season, THEN all of the sudden this past month a huge drop for no reason. As far as I know there hasn't been any dilution and the company might actually be in better shape than it's been in the past.... ECCI must act quickly to squeeze the short. Hire a stock promoter, get some news out there, release the results of the NOBO list, SOON!
