It also clearly says on the CPOW OTC markets page and in the CPOW OTC filings that CPOW was moved to Wyoming.

As of now CPOW is a Wyoming entity that has been administratively dissolved and has no resident agent

Somebody might want to let Mark DeStefano know that because DeStefano is attempting to hijack the Nevada entity which doesn't belong to the CPOW ticker.

He needs to get the Clean Power Concepts Inc in Wyoming not the one in Nevada.

Kind of funny.

I see that somebody (most likely Mark DeStefano) has also bought the old expired cleanpowerconcepts.com domain on 6/09/18

Anyways, I gave FINRA, OTC Markets, and the CPOW transfer agent Empire Stock Transfer a heads up about the Mark DeStefano blunder.

If anybody has an email for Mark DeStefano let me know and I’ll email him too and make sure he understands that CPOW is domiciled in Wyoming not Nevada so he can get control of the proper entity so he can avoid problems in the future.
