Okay, I have not seen any dilution with this company in years (which is very rare for an OTC company), other than increasing the O/S when they give shares to new partners. In doing so, I am not aware of the restrictions as to how long they have to hold these shares given to them and when they are allowed to sell any if they choose to do so. Seeing that they appear to have huge developments in the works to be announced "soon", it does not make sense to me that any of them would be selling now from a timing standpoint. Thus, if there is any form of dilution occurring, it is confusing to me as to where it would be coming from.
