Here's the deal: The holders of the Preferred A shares can issue what works out to be, while not infinite, a number that requires scientific notation to express.

And they can create those shares for virtually nil.

They have no incentive whatsoever to let the share price "run". The only incentive they have is to whack any bid that shows up.
