The reality is that this company exists only on paper. LDSI went out of business years ago,owns no property, and lacks even a plan for recovery.

The new CEO has not made any statements regarding the direction of the company or it's current declining value.


THERE IS NO CEO ANYMORE, THE SHELL OWNER IS JUST THAT THERE ARE NO OFFICERS OF ANY COMPANY HERE >>>YET<<<


And anyone pumping the stock in it's current situation is obviously looking to sell out their interest.
