FredM, with due respect, I don't agree.

OK so the trusts were not canceled nor gone but the stocks are.

So what will happen or already happened are that all trusts will be liquidated and the proceed will go to the trust (or FDIC-R if they retain) and the entire money will be distributed according to the 75/25 ratio until the end.

So it does not matter who owned those trusts and money in the past but they all go to ONE SINGLE BASKET to be distributed to TPS, old P, old K and old U (Q).

It is this SIMPLE.

Otherwise if you go by who owned in the past then you may end up with TPS and preferred owning almost everything and commons will have ZERO. Also without the 75/25 split, commons will get ZERO until the money that comes back exceed about 10B and we are not sure how much will remain after paying everybody else and remember that assets do not have the same value as cash because there are liabilities.
