this is pennyland shenanigans..its par for the course..this isn't the first kblb related pump of its kind..why the surprise?..
the pps had risen a bit..volume had risen..interest was up...so someone decided to take a shot at making a few bucks by doing some minor pumping..it can be done by anyone at any time..
kim says he had nothing to do with it...and if that's true..then its fine..

and so far, its the otc investigating..they are a regulatory agency...they do not investigate criminal acts..
how about this scenario..id rather the otc be asking questions than the sec..the pr could be the otc version of a lie detector..kim is a lawyer and he just issued a signed public statement (in the form of a pr) that disavows all knowledge of the publication prior to its release..
it doesn't prove innocence...but it shows that if hes willing to make his statement publicly and on the record, hes either being honest or hes insane..
he may have done this to quash any further inquiry into the issue and immediately resolve it..
he is after all in the middle of creating a subsidiary in Vietnam where someone is putting up a few million bucks..a quick resolution is just a hiccup...if it drags on or gets bigger, then it could become a problem..
