They didn't make a mistake. It's shown as 20:1 on the notice to the stockholders.

So let's imagine they did the split right now. We'd be at .01. BUT if the stock runs to .01 BEFORE the split (if there even is a split), the PPS would be .20!

So IMO the run is inevitable, and I think it happens before any proposed split.
