It's not dilution today. People are hitting the ASK @ .0003 hard. It's mostly all buys on the ASK today. I would call it out if it was dilution. I think this ticker is a POS and have no love for it, but still think it will have some kind pop at some point. Of course it will be dumped right back to the low trips, but people will make money if they play it right and don't get greedy.
