The Big Reveal (My View) Starts on June 29, 2018 – More Will Happen Than Just Merger Vote
• Friday, June 29, 2018 WMIH has their actual shareowner’s meeting starting at 3:00pm et in NYC
• WMIH Shareowners will vote on merger and OTHER interests
• Friday, June 29, 2018 NSM has a special meeting set up in Dallas at 2:00pm to vote on merger -Dallas is on central time
• These meetings are synchronized to happen at the exact same time as if there is some unannounced Material Development that has to be announced
• Unusual, if an NSM investor does not vote the vote is considered a vote AGAINST merger
• If not enough votes cast for merger, a quorum has been set up to immediately vote to continue merger by Executives soliciting more votes at another time
• My view, they already know they have the votes but has to make it legal by voting
• I have always talked about how WaMu was blacked-out worldwide in both print and media for the last ten years
• Have also always discussed when the move forward actually happens, the cover would be shielded by a weekend and/or a long Holiday weekend - I believe this time-frame is the Holiday weekend that was chosen
• So, on Friday, Jun 29, 2018, I expect there will be a Shares for Assets event announced after the votes are counted to ensure merger agreed to with enough votes
• Then on Monday or Tuesday July 2nd or 3rd, WMIH will file an 8K advising their merger is complete and yes, notice the second half of 2018
• Then on July 4th, 2018 the markets are closed and of course, nobody is paying attention on Monday or Tuesday of this week
• Finally, when the markets reopen on Thursday, July 5th, 2018 the general public will not have heard of the Shares for Assets event and of course the media will no be allowed to discuss
• Also, I expect the trading on Thursday or Friday of the first week in July, 2018 will be very wild due to the material developments and at least (could be many more shares depending on exchange event) 1.2 billion WMIH shares trading and outstanding
