well yea sure...you might be right about this or that...but if it aint coming from kim, then who knows what is real and what isn't..
it could be all good...or not..
"but I understand the depth and importance of this announcement in the Quang Nam provincial press."
you are not even confidant in the content of the article...you say its a communist country and it was tailored to appease old school third world nitwits..then there is the issue of translation...
but you are pretty sure you understand the depth and importance of the article?..just not the article itself?..
"Our Vietnamese partners have the silk in their hands."
ds?..from where?.how?..
"They are the experts."
and kblb?..what are they?...chopped liver?..
"They asked us to help them revive their (provincial) silk industry."
did they?..are we sure about that?..they contacted kblb first?..
"Quang Nam has GREAT silk history."
which means what?..the way I read it, they let everything go to crap for the last 20 yrs...many left and started doing other things...the younger generation knows nothing about sericulture..
its nice to say that there is a rich history..but what does that mean in reality?...sounds to me like its simply as good a place as any in Vietnam..at least they were willing to back kblb..
"They have outstanding natural resources."
they got land to plant trees and it rains a lot..im pretty sure there is land in other places and it rains there also..
"MO Lam Dong is much more corrupt, has local opposition, and the Chinese and Japanese are fighting for influence there."
wow...sounds like a really good decision on kim's part to pick that location and spend years trying to get in..
it could be all good...or not..
