You didn't think the Vietnamese Government would just allow KBLB to enter without certain stipulations, did you?

If you were President of a country and a biotech company had potentially disruptive technology that was never introduced in your locale before, how would you go about granting the permission?

"Proceed with caution" I would think.

You have to look at best and worse case scenarios....

It's unavoidable when performing risk analysis.
