Just like in baseball, not every swing will result with a hit. The uplisting desire may be a strike. It is not my desire to be a strike, but in my opinion, ENDV may have been expecting stronger reaction to the heart results PR and the acquisition of the RGN assets.
Time will tell. Depends what further news is revealed. We still have 7 months before the year ends.
