Wrong. About 10 years back and more I used to work with that poster on shutting down penny stock scams. He did most of the work but I would bring up companies that it was obvious were frauds and the SEC would shut them down. There is no better DD poster IMO to bring up DD. FUSZ is not a scam however he does bring up all DD for shareholders here with questions to see. I myself have left other stocks when he finds really bad DD. I don't see anything sever here just a lot of dilution and we can clearly read why now. However once it is done as many shareholders who have sold have stated I will be back in as will many others. There were tons of shares issued as anyone can verify from .07 to .16. There should have been no need to issue so many more shares if everything was going as well as Rory had been stating. I love the concept here and I was in early so I was able to make money a few times up then on the extreme drops back up again. However I always held back from buying as long as VFIN, VNDM and VERT were around. JMO

Also incorrect. There are Much better accurate DD posters - That was an opinion post filled with inaccuracies and purposed negative sentiment
