Yes, I’ll give you the cliff note version from my understanding. Vigil opened a grow store in Colorado, signed a lease, then never paid them. The owner of the building tried to contact her but she dodged them for months. The owner then filed a lawsuit against her. When a process server finally tracked her down via private investigator, she tried to lie to the server saying she’s not who they were looking for. However the people in the office turned on her and told the server that is her. I’m assuming they did that because they know what kind of a lying huckster scam she is. That’s basically my understanding of it. You can look up the case number and see that status and read the whole lawsuit. GYOG SCAM!!!
