3 company cheques go ‘missing’ and get presented to the bank with ‘forged’ signatures.

Company very predictably blames junior accounting staff.

Internal investigation clears junior staff. Upon this, CEO immediately orders investigation closed as ‘they have more important things to worry about’.

Total amount of Chq fraud was about 30k
