All I can say is wow! I still haven't had time to sit down and really read through everything in detail and organize many thoughts. This piece of intel had gotten by me so thanks for bringing it to my attention. THIS IS HUGE!
Milost is a $25 Billion company. What you posted basically confirms that CYPE/Ibeto Cement Company is in a partnership with Milost, a $25 Billion company to where its $850 Million financing package will be used as the model for future financing packages going forward:

Two interesting quotes from Milost Global Inc provider of $850M financing to Ibeto Cement.
Solly S. Asibey, Senior Partner & CIO of Milost Global Inc., stated,
“International equity, coupled with the diversification of our investment portfolio is key to our strategy for growth in emerging markets. Excellence, innovation, unparalleled strategy, industry knowledge, favourable IRR and strong leadership epitomises the partnership between Milost and Chief Cletus Ibeto. This is a great investment opportunity for Milost, and the financial engineering behind the structuring of the transaction will catapult Ibeto Cement to exceptional heights.”
Kim Freeman, Managing Partner & CEO of Milost Global Inc., also stated,
“Ibeto Cement is an important investment for Milost in Nigeria and indeed Africa. We expect this transaction to provide a template for our other investments in Africa which will continue to enhance the value of the companies we invest in as well as value for our investors.”

I'm curious what's everyone thoughts on this "financial engineering" and "template" which they referred to in their quotes. There's something BIG HERE (JMO). Something performance related if Ibeto reaches certain financial metrics & milestones. Perhaps they will be making a large capital investment into Ibeto Cement at some point in exchange for Preferred "non-dilutive" shares. Milost clearly said "it epitomizes a PARTNERSHIP" .
