I think it’s certainly been diluted pre RS, or at least many have bailed.. its dropped about 70%.
The main reason for the drop is the fear of more dilution post RS.. in effect, they can dilute much quicker.
On a personal level, I would not touch this until you see the financials. Its a shame, the reason I was watching this one was that i thought it had great potential, now it has nothing but angry investors.
