A well known shell hijacker has been trying to hijack the DKTS shell since last year. The company never responded so the plaintiff filed a motion for default judgment last July.
A proposed default judgment was filed last October:
I don’t see any activity on the docket since then, but somebody could be loading up shares in anticipation of a successful hijacking I suppose.
Here’s some interesting back story on the plaintiff, William Alessi, who it looks like has made a pretty sketchy career out of this stuff:
