I know and they are not required to even if announced, but why buyback at 180+ when they can buy back at much cheaper prices, waste of capital if you ask me at this point with huge costs coming down the road. at end of day I don't really care, this company will be regulated and it will hurt profits no to mention that the so called 2 billion active users is not true, tons of fake accounts and declining among teens
