no one uses that excuse anymore. That's like saying the check is in the mail, everyone pays online now.


Is that the same as TMPS contract awards soon to be announced? To their credit, TMPS never said they are bidding on air-to-air refueling contracts. People assumed there was a logical reason for acquiring those RAF planes. To date, there is no logical reason for diluting all those TMPS shares. None whatsoever!
