Either TMPS has the worst information systems on the planet that can't be replaced/fixed within 7 weeks (and counting), or this lawsuit is dealing a curve ball to Terry and Crew, or, there is some merger/business development going on behind the scenes. Take your pick.

Curious if anyone had any recent correspondence with ST? My emails to K Terry have not once been answered.
