Have never heard anything about an audit on this board.
Not from Brattle or anyone else.
Thanks so much for pointing that out.
Doesn't change these facts on this report. They issued 75,000,000 shares for $3,750 on the convertible note. Will the rest be paid back so it isn't converted? Who knows.
